This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application Load MGR ("the Application"). Load MGR provides logistics management, scheduling, and operational tracking tools designed for the trucking and livestock transportation industry.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional, efficient, and reliable logistics experience, the Application may process the following types of data:

A. Personal and Account Information

User Profiles: When creating or configuring an account, we collect relevant identity information such as your name, email address, phone number, and company credentials to authenticate system access.

B. Logistics and Operational Data

Workflow Logs: The Application processes operational information you input directly to coordinate freight assets. This includes vehicle configurations, trailer statuses, routing structures, livestock logging data, and scheduling grids.

C. Technical and Performance Data

Analytics & Stability: We gather technical device analytics to ensure platform stability under field conditions. This includes hardware platform details, operating system baselines, and execution path indicators.

2. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

We do not sell, lease, or distribute your operational metrics to commercial third parties. We utilize highly secure infrastructure partners strictly to ensure continuous data delivery and stability:

Firebase SDK: We utilize Google Firebase for secure data architecture, cloud storage layers, user authentication validation, and real-time ledger synchronization across authorization endpoints.
Firebase Crashlytics: To optimize code execution and handle edge-case exceptions in industrial environments, anonymized runtime crash signals are analyzed to roll out fast stability updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected parameters are deployed exclusively to:

Provision, monitor, and refine the functional capabilities of Load MGR.
Synchronize transit logs and scheduling profiles flawlessly across your paired mobile instances.
Diagnose database latency, network dropping, or framework stability issues.
Dispatch key system alerts, core security updates, or mandatory service adjustment notifications.

4. Data Security

The security of your commercial records is paramount. We implement enterprise-grade technical filters, including Transport Layer Security (TLS) and AES encryption at rest through Firebase cloud clusters, to safeguard against unauthorized manipulation or external breaches. Please note that no transmission layer over cellular or radio networks can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We maintain active operational tracking logs for the lifetime of your registered profile. To comply with Apple Developer requirements, users retain a direct mechanism to fully purge their profile history.

How to request permanent removal: If you choose to terminate your service and delete your profile, linked trucking databases, and sync history from our live server clusters, please email us directly at davis.wipf@loadmgr.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Our teams will clear your production datasets promptly upon identity verification.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended exclusively for commercial fleet managers and logistical operators. It is not engineered for, nor directed toward, children under the age of 13. We do not deliberately log metrics from minors.

7. Policy Adjustments

We may refresh this document periodically to adapt to system changes or shifting privacy frameworks. Revisions will be made clear by updating the timestamp at the top of this file.
